The Of Course We Can programme is ready and packed full of brilliant activities for disabled and non-disabled children and young people up to age 25.
Of Course We Can is our programme of weekend and holiday activities that gives you the chance to do something different. Whether you love being outdoors, getting creative, trying new sports or meeting animals, there’s something for everyone. Even if you need lots of help to take part, we’ll do everything we can to welcome you.
Here’s what’s coming up this summer:
🧸 Cirencester Opportunity Group Summer Play Scheme (Weeks beginning 29 July, 5 August, 12 August & 19 August)
Enjoy relaxed, family-friendly fun in COG’s beautiful grounds! This inclusive play scheme is designed for families with children aged 0–8, offering crafts, sports, free play, and outdoor adventures in the woodland area. A healthy packed lunch is included for every child.
🐾 GDA Reptile Encounter and Feedback (19 July)
Calling all Deaf children, CODAs, and siblings aged 9–16! Meet amazing reptiles up close, enjoy some tasty food, and share your thoughts in a fun feedback session to help shape the future of NXT GEN. Parents and carers are welcome to join part of the workshop too!
🏃♂️ Move More Activity Camps (Running all summer)
These fun and friendly camps offer a mix of sports, games, arts, and crafts for children aged 5–7 who enjoy being active. With increased staffing ratios and a welcoming environment, disabled and non-disabled children can join in together. Let Move More know about any support or adaptations needed before booking.
🎭 Two Can Ignite Performance Workshops (26–30 August)
Get creative with a week of inclusive performance workshops for young people aged 10–25. Explore your artistic side, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and work toward a recognised qualification. The week ends with a live performance for friends and family!
🌳 Fat Squirrel Fire and Feast Forest Day (15 August)
A woodland adventure packed with outdoor fun! SEND young people and their siblings can enjoy axe throwing (safely supervised!), lighting campfires, cooking over the flames, shelter building, woodland crafts, and games. There’s even time to relax in a hammock under the trees.
